Extra charges and fees
- 13% HST (Ontario tax) is added to all charges.
- $13 extra for a pre-arranged airport pickup (Lincoln sedan and SUV).
- $24 extra for a pre-arranged airport pickup (stretch limo or van).
- $10 extra for an en-route stop (Lincoln sedan).
- $15 extra for an en-route stop (SUV and van).
- $20 extra for an en-route stop (stretch limo or stretch SUV).
- $10 extra for every 15 minutes of wait time (the first 15 minutes are free).
- $45 extra for Meet and Greet service.
- An extra fee is added for use of the Highway 407 toll road.
- All prepaid bookings include a 15% driver gratuity.
Please note
Cancellation policy
- We need 12 hours notice before your pickup time, or a 50% cancellation fee applies.
- No-shows are charged in full.
Please call us if your trip is cancelled, so we can avoid a no-show or late-cancel charge.
At the airport
How Pearson pickups work
After you land, here is all you do.

Clear customs.

Pick up your luggage.

Go to the Commissionaire at the pre-arranged stand. Ask them to call Brampton Airport Limo from the compound. Your car arrives in about 2 minutes.

If the Commissionaire says there is no car signed up under your name, call the office right away at 416-292-8902. We keep an eye on every trip.
